Top 10 AI Marketing Conferences to Attend in 2027

September 21, 2026

Two years ago, “an AI marketing conference” meant a regular marketing event with one AI panel bolted on. That era is over.

Now the field splits in two: a handful of events that focus entirely on AI in marketing, and the big-name marketing conferences that have since added a full AI track, an AI day, or an AI stage. Both can be worth the budget. But they are not the same trip.

Picking the right one isn’t obvious, and most “best AI marketing conferences” lists are thin rankings that bury the useful part. Besides, anyone researching this category will see the competitors no matter what we publish. So here’s the fair version instead.

PSA: This guide is published by the AI for Marketers Summit team. You’ll notice we’re first. That’s not a ranking, it’s just the perks of publishing your own list. πŸ˜‰ Everything below is the honest landscape, our event included, so you can find the one that makes the most sense for your team.

How to choose an AI marketing conference

Before you commit budget, screen every option on five things:

  • Format: in-person, virtual, or hybrid, and where.
  • Price: and what’s actually included, because workshops and recordings are often extra.
  • Audience seniority: who’s really in the room.
  • Speaker mix: in-house practitioners, or vendors pitching a platform.
  • Depth: foundational for teams getting started, or advanced for AI-native marketers.

Below, we’ve organized ten events by the lane each one honestly owns – not a 1-to-10 “best overall” ranking. Also, we verified every date, price, and format against the official source in September 2026. Where organizers have confirmed a 2027 edition but haven’t dated it yet, we say so.

AI for Marketers Summit (Las Vegas)

The AI for Marketers Summit runs February 24 – 25, 2027 at the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. It targets senior brand-side marketers who own AI rollout across their teams and, ultimately, have to prove its business value. In practice, that means its sessions feature in-house practitioners from brands like Adobe, Chewy, Amazon, LinkedIn, and Microsoft, rather than vendors pitching a platform.

  • Dates: February 24 – 25, 2027, with optional pre-summit workshops February 23. Rio Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas.
  • Format: In-person. Four tracks – AI Strategy & Leadership; Content, Creative & Comms; Growth & Demand Gen; and AEO & Performance Marketing – plus keynote panels, case studies, live demos, and an expo floor.
  • Price: Commercial Practitioner pass, tiered from a $1,195 pre-sale up to $1,695 at the door. Pre-summit workshops $325. Group rates for 3+.
  • Best for: Senior digital marketers focused on measuring AI business value, building team-wide AI systems, and in-person networking.

Proof points to date: four years running, 1,000+ marketing leaders attended historically, 46% director-level and above. Better yet, the four-track split means you can send a mixed team and have everyone follow the track that fits their role.

Why it matters: It’s an agenda made for senior brand teams, not a vendor showcase. As a result, you’ll leave with practical, practitioner-led insights across AI strategy, content, growth, and AI search – whether you’re building team-wide AI systems, moving from AI user to builder, or focused on proving business value.

They also host virtual editions of the summit in May and November if you’d prefer to skip the travel.

MAICON

MAICON is the Marketing AI Institute’s flagship, pure-play AI event. Although organizers expect a 2027 edition, they haven’t dated it yet; for reference, the 2026 event ran October 13 – 15 in Cleveland. So if AI is the whole reason you’re going, this is the deepest program dedicated entirely to the topic.

  • Dates: 2027 dates to be confirmed (2026: October 13 – 15, Cleveland).
  • Format: In-person; two breakout tracks – Applied AI (hands-on, tactical) and Strategic AI (leadership and decision-making).
  • Price: Multi-tier – Main Conference, All-Access, and All-Access + On-Demand – with a 10% group discount for 4+. 2027 pricing not yet posted.
  • Best for: Marketing execs, strategists, and operators who want AI depth over a broad marketing agenda.

MAICON draws a highly engaged crowd of roughly 1,500, all focused on implementing and scaling AI responsibly.

Why it matters: It’s backed by the Marketing AI Institute’s wider ecosystem of research, content, and year-round community, so the event plugs into an ongoing conversation rather than standing on its own.

HubSpot UNBOUND

Note the rebrand: after fifteen years, HubSpot’s flagship INBOUND is now UNBOUND. Meanwhile, the 2027 edition returns to Boston in early-to-mid September (roughly September 8 – 10). In short, it’s a massive, AI-heavy gathering of go-to-market teams across marketing, sales, and service – broad rather than AI-only.

  • Dates: September 8 – 10, 2027, Boston
  • Format: In-person; keynotes, sessions, and a full week of programming and networking.
  • Price: General Admission ran ~$1,199 – $1,599 in tiers for 2026 (VIP ~$1,999); 15% off for groups of 10+.
  • Best for: B2B teams who want scale, big-name keynotes, and AI in a wider go-to-market context.

Still, UNBOUND sits inside the HubSpot ecosystem, so weigh it against a dedicated event like AI for Marketers Summit if AI depth is your main goal.

Why it matters: After all, few events match the sheer scale and star power, which is exactly the draw when breadth beats depth for your team.

Adobe Summit

Adobe Summit runs March 23 – 25, 2027 at The Venetian in Las Vegas, with a preconference day on March 22. Uniquely on this list, it also has a free online tier (March 23 – 24). Overall, it’s a large enterprise customer-experience conference, with AI running through personalization, content, and agentic workflows.

  • Dates: March 23 – 25, 2027 (preconference March 22), The Venetian, Las Vegas; free online tier March 23 – 24.
  • Format: In-person + free online; around 15,000 attendees and 200-plus sessions.
  • Price: In-person ~$1,695, with $400 – $600 off for early or group registration by December 31. Online is free.
  • Best for: Enterprise martech and CX teams already on, or evaluating, the Adobe stack.

Of course, Adobe anchors the event around its own platform, so it’s strongest inside the Adobe world – and the free online option is a low-risk way to sample enterprise-grade content.

Why it matters: So if your AI questions are really enterprise CX and martech questions, this is the room, and you can test-drive it for nothing.

Gartner Marketing Symposium/Xpo

The Gartner Marketing Symposium/Xpo runs June 7 – 9, 2027 near Denver, gathering 2,000-plus marketing executives. Notably, it’s analyst-led rather than practitioner- or vendor-led, and Gartner’s own research – the CMO Spend Survey, martech benchmarks – debuts here first. As a result, it’s the pick for CMOs who need board-ready data.

  • Dates: June 7 – 9, 2027, Gaylord Rockies Resort, Denver area.
  • Format: In-person; analyst presentations, workshops, peer roundtables, and a CMO Circle program.
  • Price: Full passes ~$3,775 – $4,475, with an early-bird discount; complimentary or discounted for Gartner clients; public-sector rates available.
  • Best for: CMOs and senior leaders steering strategy who want research they can take to the board.

In other words, the payoff here is data – benchmarks you can use to justify and defend a budget.

Why it matters: For eight-figure budgets, the research alone can justify the ticket. That said, for tactical, buildable playbooks, look elsewhere on this list.

Content Marketing World

Content Marketing World, which the Content Marketing Institute runs, is the largest event dedicated to content – strategy, creation, SEO, and increasingly AI-assisted production. Although organizers have confirmed a 2027 edition, they haven’t dated it yet; the 2026 event ran October 5 – 7. In all, it draws roughly 4,000 content marketers and leaders.

  • Dates: 2027 dates to be confirmed (2026: October 5 – 7, Denver).
  • Format: In-person; now co-located with TMRE (The Market Research Event) and content from LIONS brands (Effie, WARC, Contagious).
  • Price: Multi-tier – Main Conference, All-Access, and Digital – with a group discount for 3+. 2027 pricing not yet posted.
  • Best for: Content directors, CMOs, and demand-gen leaders who want AI framed around real editorial workflows.

Notably, the 2026 co-location broadened it from pure content into insight-to-impact territory, pulling in research and effectiveness alongside storytelling.

Why it matters: So if content is your core discipline, this is where AI shows up inside the workflows you actually run.

Social Media Marketing World

Social Media Marketing World returns April 1 – 3, 2027 in Anaheim for its 14th year, now with a co-located “AI Business World” track. Deliberately practitioner-led and pitch-free, it caters to small-business marketers, agencies, and social media managers who want tactics they can use immediately.

  • Dates: April 1 – 3, 2027, Anaheim Convention Center.
  • Format: In-person + virtual ticket option; practitioner-led, no vendor pitches.
  • Price: Roughly $700 up toward $2,000 depending on the tier and how early you buy.
  • Best for: Organic and paid social marketers, agencies, and small-business owners.

In fact, it’s one of the few large events made specifically for social practitioners rather than enterprise strategists.

Why it matters: After all, a room full of people doing your exact job at your scale is worth more than a bigger stage that doesn’t.

DigiMarCon

DigiMarCon is a global series that has already dated dozens of 2027 city editions, from Los Angeles to New York to London. It’s the most accessible option here, in both price and geography. What’s more, it pairs digital marketing sessions with the co-located TECHSPO expo and covers AI alongside broader digital topics.

  • Dates: Many 2027 city dates (e.g., LA April 14 – 16, NYC April 22 – 23, SF June 24 – 25).
  • Format: In-person + virtual, across 50-plus cities worldwide.
  • Price: Main conference ~$597 – $797; all-access ~$997 – $1,097; virtual ~$347. Extra discounts for teams, students, government, and nonprofits.
  • Best for: A first conference, a nearby option that skips cross-country travel, or a tight budget.

Granted, DigiMarCon is broad rather than AI-deep, but nothing else on this list is easier to say yes to.

Why it matters: In the end, sometimes the right event is the affordable one down the road that gets your team in the room.

The MarTech Conference

The MarTech Conference, which Third Door Media (now part of Semrush) produces, is fully online and free. It runs as recurring single-day editions through the year; in 2026, those landed in March, May, September, and November. However, organizers haven’t posted 2027 dates yet. Each edition, meanwhile, is six unscripted expert panels with live Q&A.

  • Dates: 2027 dates to be confirmed (recurring free virtual editions).
  • Format: Virtual and free; one focused day per edition, around six panels, with on-demand replays.
  • Price: Free.
  • Best for: Senior marketing, ops, and martech leaders who want substance without travel or budget.

For example, it tracks current pressure points – AI-driven search, the cookieless data landscape, and workflow redesign.

Why it matters: Because it costs nothing, it’s the lowest-risk way to test whether an AI marketing event earns a place in your calendar.

Brandweek

Adweek’s Brandweek is a premium gathering of top brand marketers and agency executives, and it revolves around curated networking more than tactical training. Adweek has confirmed the 2027 edition and is moving it to Dallas after two years in Atlanta, although the dates aren’t public yet; historically, it lands in mid-September.

  • Dates: 2027 dates to be confirmed; moving to Dallas (2026: September 15 – 17, Atlanta).
  • Format: In-person only (no live virtual pass); added an “AI Accelerator Day” in 2026.
  • Price: 2025 all-access brand/agency badge ~$4,250 per person; single-day ~$1,100; a separate badge for vendors; group discount for 3+.
  • Best for: Senior brand-side CMOs and leaders who value peer relationships and executive-level conversation.

In short, Brandweek is about the room, not the syllabus.

Why it matters: So if your goal is who you meet more than what you’re taught, this is the lane it owns.

Dates and pricing reflect what each organizer had published at the time of writing, and they change often, especially for tiered passes – so confirm current details on each event’s site before you commit. We label undated 2027 editions accordingly.
