Registration FAQ

What is the AI for Marketers Summit?

The AI for Marketers Summit is a conference where senior brand marketers share real-world case studies, workflow demos, and practical frameworks for applying AI across content, campaigns, measurement, paid media, and go-to-market strategy. The main conference runs February 24–25, 2027, with optional hands-on pre-summit workshops on February 23. This is the first in-person edition of the Summit, held at the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Is this an in-person or virtual event?

The audience skews senior, spanning strategy, content and creative, growth, and digital performance roles at brands actively integrating AI into their organizations.

Attendee FAQ

What are the pre-summit workshops?

The pre-summit workshops are optional, hands-on, small-group sessions held on Tuesday, February 23, 2027 — the day before the main conference. Each is led by an experienced trainer and built around live activities and discussion rather than passive lecture. Workshops are an add-on: you can bundle one, two, or three into a Silver, Gold, or Platinum pass, or add individual workshops for $325 each.

Which workshops are offered?

Three interactive workshops are on the February 23 schedule:

  • Workshop B — The Marketing AI Data Layer: Building the Infrastructure That Lets Your Models Talk to Each Other
  • Workshop C — AEO & GEO in Practice: Auditing and Rewriting Your Content for AI Search

Workshop times and leaders will be posted on the agenda.

Will I have access to the workshop slides?

If you attend a February 23 workshop, slides may be shared at the speaker’s discretion. Some speakers keep their materials private due to proprietary content, but we do our best to make this content available to attendees. Workshops are not recorded.

What are the exhibit hall hours?

What is the dress code?

Business casual is appropriate. The temperature in the session rooms and exhibit hall can vary, so we recommend bringing layers.

Will WiFi be available?

When will the event app be available?

The event app will be available to download at the beginning of February 2027. We’ll email details to all attendees, speakers, and exhibitors.

Can I network with other attendees?

Yes. Networking is built into the program throughout both days, and the exhibit hall and event app make it easy to connect with other attendees, speakers, and sponsors on-site.

Will I have access to session presentation slides?

We do not release copies of presentation slides for the conference sessions on February 24–25. We encourage attending organizations to send multiple delegates so your team can cover the concurrent tracks; contact Jessica Vargas for group rates.

Will sessions be recorded or available after the event?

The conference sessions on February 24–25 are not video recorded, and presentation slides are not released after the event. To get the most from the Summit, we encourage sending multiple delegates from your organization to cover the concurrent tracks.
