AI Huddles are 30-minute, small-group conversations on the Expo floor at AI for Marketers Summit, February 24–25 in Las Vegas. Each one is led by a host with a real challenge to work through. That host could be you!

The format

A huddle is up to six marketers around one table, focused on one AI challenge, for 30 minutes. There are no slides, no presentations and no pitches. You open with the question, and the group works through it together, sharing what's working, what isn't and what they'd try next.

  • Pitch-free. Huddles are conversations, not product demos or sales presentations. This applies to every host.
  • A group discussion. The host keeps time and keeps the conversation on track. You don't need all the answers.

Topic suggestions

The best huddles are specific, practical and about something you're working through right now. Frame your huddle as a question, or invite a specific group to tackle a shared challenge.

How do you keep AI content on-brand at scale?

Who owns AI on your marketing team?

Retail Marketers: AI adoption challenges & best practices

Avoid: topics that are too broad ("AI and the future of marketing") or that read as a pitch ("How [Product] solves content at scale").

Apply to Host

Tell us about the conversation you want to lead. We review every application for topic fit and variety, and we'll confirm your time slot in early February.

Applications close February 1st or once spaces fill up.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a slot. If we add your huddle to the agenda, we'll follow up with your confirmed time slot.

FAQ

Do I need to be an expert on my topic?

No. The best hosts are curious, not all-knowing. If you're working through the problem, you're qualified.

Can I submit more than one topic?

Yes. Submit a separate application for each topic, and we'll pick the best fit.

Can sponsors host?

Yes, as long as the huddle is a real conversation and not a pitch.

How will attendees find my huddle?

Confirmed huddles are posted on the on-site topic board, and attendees can browse and grab a seat.

What if my application isn't selected?

We'll let you know, and you're still welcome to join any other huddle on-site.
