On the Agenda

Keynote panels Case studies  Live demos  Breakouts across four tracks

The heart of the AI for Marketers Summit is a full conference program: practitioner-led sessions built for marketing leaders who are past AI adoption and focused on making it work. Across two days, you'll move through keynote panels plus educational sessions, case studies, and live demos spanning four tracks: AI Strategy & Leadership, AI for Content, Creative & Comms, AI for Growth & Demand Gen, and AI Search & Performance Marketing.
You can expect honest insights from the people running AI inside their own marketing orgs, including what's working, where programs stall, and how peers are measuring ROI. Sessions are practitioner-led and built around real decisions, not product pitches.
What you'll find on the agenda:
1

Keynote panels: Big-picture framing from marketing leaders on where AI is taking the function next.

2

Educational sessions: Practical, how-to breakouts that go deep on strategy, content, demand gen, and AI search.

3

Case studies: Stories of real AI programs, the constraints teams hit, and the outcomes they delivered.

4

Live demos: Workflows and tools shown in action, so you can see exactly how the work gets done.

We encourage you to browse the full schedule for times, tracks, and speakers. Then layer on Workshop Intensives, Shop Talks, AI Huddles, the Answers Bar, and our Networking Party for a truly robust conference experience that balances insight with connection.

Workshop Intensives

2 hours  Hands-on  Tuesday, February 23  ●Limited capacity

Workshop Intensives are hands-on deep dives led by an industry expert, held the day before the main summit. Each workshop takes one high-stakes topic, like AI search, change management, or your marketing data layer, and turns it into something you can put to work. Expect less sitting and listening and more doing: you'll work through frameworks, practical exercises, and real scenarios alongside peers facing the same challenges. Formats vary by workshop, so each expert can teach their topic the way it's best learned.
How a Workshop Intensive runs: Two focused hours of learning by doing.
1

Expert-led lecture: The expert walks through a proven model for tackling the topic.

2

Put it into practice: Work through hands-on exercises, templates, and real-world scenarios.

3

Leave with a framework: One your whole team can reuse, plus the hands-on practice and resources to put it to work back at the office.

How to join: Workshop Intensives can be added on to your general summit pass at checkout.

AI Huddles

30 minutes  Hosted by speakers, sponsors, or attendees  Up to 6 people per table  Expo Hall
AI Huddles are small, peer-led conversations where marketers dig into one AI challenge together. Each huddle is led by a host who brings a real question they're working through or discussion topic. That host could be you! And it does not require you to be an expert on the topic. Huddles run throughout expo hours on both days of the summit. Browse the topic board on-site, grab a seat and jump in.How an AI Huddle runs: Thirty focused minutes with your peers.
1

Set the scene: The host opens with quick intros and the discussion topic.

2

Dig in: Depending on the topic, the group may exchange ideas, brainstorm solutions, or compare experiences.

3

Trade notes & leave with new connections: Turn great conversations into meaningful connections that extend beyond the summit.

You leave with

Fresh perspectives, actionable ideas, and valuable connections that extend beyond the summit.
