Katherine Morales, APR, is Vice President of Human + AI Operations and Governance at Human Driven AI, where she helps organizations intentionally design how people and AI work together.

With a background in public relations, brand and communications, Katherine brings a distinctly human perspective to AI transformation. Her work starts with the people doing the work, then examines the processes, systems and governance needed to help humans and AI work together with greater clarity, confidence and trust.

Katherine specializes in Human + AI team and workflow design, organizational governance and the emerging questions of privacy, permission and trust as AI becomes part of everyday work and relationships. She helps organizations move beyond individual AI experimentation to create shared ways of working that protect human judgment while expanding what people and organizations are capable of accomplishing together.
