Sam leads complex, cross-company design programs at Google.
He’s currently focused on how generative AI might improve the user experience of Google Play — a product used by more than 3 billion people.
Prior to Google Play, Sam helped shape the user experience for Google products on iOS and Android. He also spent years leading a small, experimental team charged with prototyping new applications of emergent technologies like augmented reality, creative applications of machine learning, and conversational interfaces.
He lives in New York, reads a lot, and prefers tea over coffee.
