About the Summit
What is the AI for Marketers Summit?
The AI for Marketers Summit is a virtual conference where senior brand marketers share real-world case studies, workflow demos, and practical frameworks for applying AI across content, campaigns, measurement, paid media, and go-to-market strategy. It runs live on November 18–19, 2026, with optional interactive pre-summit workshops on November 17.
Is this an in-person or virtual event?
It’s 100% virtual. You can attend from anywhere with an internet connection – there’s no travel needed.
When does the Summit take place?
The main Summit is on Wednesday, November 18 and Thursday, November 19, 2026. Optional pre-summit workshops take place on Tuesday, November 17, 2026.
What time zone is the agenda in?
All session times on the agenda are listed in Pacific Time (PT). Plan your schedule accordingly if you’re in another time zone.
What does the session format look like?
Days one and two feature 30-minute sessions and panels with a live chat stream, each followed by 15 minutes of live audience Q&A with the speaker(s). The program also includes “Ask Us Anything” speaker office hours, networking, and on-demand sessions you can watch anytime.
Who should attend?
The Summit is designed for marketers, brand and content teams, creative leads, and marketing leaders who want to apply AI to real marketing work. Sessions span beginner to advanced, so it’s valuable whether you’re getting started with AI or scaling it across a team.

How much does registration cost?
Registration is tiered and the price increases as the event gets closer. The standard rate is $749, with early savings at each tier:
- Presale – $349 (save $400; through August 20)
- Earliest Bird – $449 (save $300; through September 17)
- Early Bird – $549 (save $200; through October 15)
- Last Chance – $649 (save $100; through November 12)
- At the Door – $749 (starting November 13)
All discount deadlines end at 11:59 p.m. PST on the date listed.
How do I register?
Register online through the Register button on the pricing page or anywhere on the event site. Registration is handled through our secure registration platform.
Are there discounts for sending a group from our company?
Yes. We appreciate a good deal as much as the next person and want you and your colleagues to experience the AI for Marketers Summit! Group discounts are available depending on how many team members you send. Contact Jessica Vargas for details.
I registered online but haven’t received an email confirmation or a receipt. What should I do?
You should have received a confirmation receipt from [email protected] immediately after your completed transaction. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder. If there is a delay, contact Jessica Vargas at [email protected] or call her at 619-597-7315.
Pre-Summit Workshops (November 17)
Are the workshops included in my ticket?
Access to the optional pre-summit workshops on November 17 is separate from your general summit registration. The workshops are an additional fee; you must purchase them as an add-on.
What are the pre-summit workshops?
The pre-summit workshops are optional, hands-on, small-group sessions held on Tuesday, November 17, 2026. Each is led by an experienced trainer and built around live activities and discussion rather than passive lecture. They’re an additional fee at $199 each.
Which workshops are offered?
Two interactive workshops are on the November 17 schedule (all times PT):

Accessing the Event
What platform is the event hosted on?
The Summit is hosted on the Zoom Events platform. You’ll view all live sessions, speaker and session details, and networking features from within the event platform, and join each session directly from there.
How do I log in for the event?
You’ll receive log-in details three days before the event starts. Please ensure [email protected] is added to your safe sender list, as you'll receive log-in info from this email.

During the Event
How does the live Q&A work?
After each 30-minute session, there’s 15 minutes of live Q&A with the speaker(s). You can submit your questions during the session, and speakers answer as many as time allows.
What are the “Ask Us Anything” speaker office hours?
"Ask Me Anything" panels feature three expert speakers answering your questions on a specific topic. You drive the conversation in real time – bring your questions and get answers straight from the experts.
Can I network with other attendees?
Yes. The platform includes 1:1 chats, networking rooms, and an event feed so you can connect with other attendees, speakers, and sponsors throughout the Summit.
Will sessions have closed captions?
Yes. Closed captions are provided during live sessions.
After the Event
Can I access the presentations after the event is over?
Yes! We’ll be uploading all videos and speaker slides after they broadcast live. They’re available for six months post-event.
