As Prudential's first Director of Generative AI, she pioneers the strategy and implementation of Generative AI tools, transforming customer experiences and redefining marketing strategies. Ashley's career is marked by a unique blend of strategy, creativity, analytical thinking, and technical know-how, enabling her to consistently deliver standout results.

Prior to her current role, Ashley led recruitment marketing and digital acquisition strategies for Prudential Advisors, driving significant improvements in advisor recruitment and customer acquisition. Ashley holds a B.A. in English and Communications from Cabrini College. Outside of work, you can find her on the baseball field in New Jersey, either coaching or cheering on her two sons.
